Electronic Security Systems Program Manager

• Serve as the focal point for all services and activities and quality of personnel and deliverables • Responsible for briefing a wide range of individuals on services, activities, and deliverables • Manage and de-conflict multiple ongoing baseline support and technical tasks • Lead monthly Program Monthly Review (PMR) presentations • Identify system dependencies and communicate emerging trends in the security industry • Maintain master schedule of all installation/maintenance delivery orders • Develop and maintain Preventative Maintenance Plan • Track and report on preventative maintenance and repair at monthly PMR

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing electronic security programs
  • PMP certification preferred
  • CSEIP certification desired
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • General IT and networking knowledge
  • Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Successful results of pre-employment screenings (federal background check, MVR, and drug screen)

Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Security Engineer to join our growing security team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing security controls across key areas, including but not limited to Cloud Security, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Prevention. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain security solutions to safeguard cloud environments, endpoints, networks, and applications. - Lead or support vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation activities with IT and development teams, and track mitigation progress. - Collaborate with cloud engineers and DevOps teams to embed security best practices in cloud infrastructure and deployments. - Develop and maintain documentation, including security standards, procedures, and runbooks. - Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements, and proactively recommend improvements. - Participate in security audits and compliance efforts as needed.
