Role Description The IT Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT network environment, including hardware and software. The role also includes incident and changes management and supporting employee on- and off-boarding processes. To succeed in this position, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Technical expertise in network management, system security, and a variety of operating systems is required. Role Description As a Director in our Financial Crime Compliance Managed Services group, you will be responsible for exercising leadership and strategic direction over client projects, while supporting the growth of AMLRS' business and people. The successful candidate should possess strong working knowledge and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulatory requirements and industry best practices to direct teams to produce high quality deliverables for clients on projects; as well as possess the ability to lead the development of new methodologies and approaches to address client needs. The Director should understand and have the ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment and be able to exercise governance and oversight on multiple AML/financial crime projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-jurisdictional teams and requires the ability to exercise sound judgment and AML knowledge to manage risk and ensure that product deliverables are executed with a high level of quality within project timelines. Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Security Engineer to join our growing security team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing security controls across key areas, including but not limited to Cloud Security, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Prevention. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain security solutions to safeguard cloud environments, endpoints, networks, and applications. - Lead or support vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation activities with IT and development teams, and track mitigation progress. - Collaborate with cloud engineers and DevOps teams to embed security best practices in cloud infrastructure and deployments. - Develop and maintain documentation, including security standards, procedures, and runbooks. - Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements, and proactively recommend improvements. - Participate in security audits and compliance efforts as needed. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. - 2–3 years of experience working in information security area. - Hands-on experience with at least one of the following areas: - Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, security configurations and tools) - EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint) - SIEM (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk) - Vulnerability Management (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) - Solid understanding of security principles, networking fundamentals, and common threat vectors. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty). - Scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) are a plus. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is desirable.
