Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or external audit. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, computer information systems, or related field. - Recent public accounting background from a Big 4 Firm. - Strong understanding of SOX 404 and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT). - Experience testing SOX controls. - CPA (equivalent), CIA, CISA, or other relevant certifications.
