The Search Results (SERP) team plays a key role in that mission by building the discovery experience that helps customers find the right domain name and products for their idea. You'll lead through example by delivering well-factored, well-tested code, and you'll partner with teams across GoDaddy to launch cohesive experiences in the naming space. What you'll get to do... - Build and ship the frontend experiences that help customers find the right domain (match quality, smart alternatives, favorites, product bundling) and take them beyond GoDaddy.com to new surfaces like ChatGPT. - Execute data-driven experiments that move conversion and revenue: build the variant, ship it, and act on what the results show. - Spot gaps in how the team ships (slow feedback loops, manual steps, repetitive work) and close them by building the internal tools and automations that make the team faster. - Take full ownership of what you release, keeping quality high and on-call burden low. Your experience should include... - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in building modern web applications with React and Node.js, including state management and data fetching. - Experience with AI-assisted coding using tools like Claude Code or Cursor. - A track record of building reusable, composable abstractions. Not just code that works, but code others can build on. - Experience with DevOps and what "deployment" really means, using systems like GitHub Actions, Webpack, AWS, and Artifactory. You might also have... - Experience with TypeScript. We're actively migrating our codebase, and you'd help drive that work. - Experience with experimentation systems such as A/B or multivariate testing. - Experience with client and server performance (RUM) profiling and optimization.
