Sales Executive Assistant

• Provide advanced administrative support to the VP, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management. • Independently manage changing priorities and time‑sensitive requests. • Prepare, edit, and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. • Coordinate logistics and communications with senior internal leaders, customers, government stakeholders, and external partners. • Serve as a key point of contact between the VP and internal cross‑functional partners (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, HR).

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders (VP level or above).
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred experience supporting leaders in Public Sector, Government, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience coordinating executive‑level meetings and customer engagements.
