Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Lead
Oleria
• You are the operational engine of Oleria’s marketing function. • You own the growth number, run the weekly operating cadence across Bay Area and Bangalore teams, and ensure every external interaction—from analyst briefings to conference keynotes—reinforces Oleria’s position as the leader in AI-native identity security. • This is a hands-on senior IC role. • You build campaigns, review pipeline data, prep founders for market-facing moments, and ship work product every week. • With AI leverage, you do what used to require a team. • This role will require periodic travel, including to our HQ based in Bellevue, WA.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations—ideally at a Series B–D cybersecurity or enterprise software company
- You’ve personally built and run campaigns, not just managed vendors who did. You know Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush at an operator level
- Experience preparing executives or founders for high-stakes moments: keynotes, analyst briefings, board presentations, media interviews
- Comfort with data: you pull your own pipeline reports, build your own dashboards, and make budget decisions based on what the numbers say
- You use AI tools daily—for content drafting, data analysis, campaign optimization, research. This isn’t aspirational; it’s how you already work
- You’ve worked across time zones and can set clear weekly objectives for a remote team while giving them autonomy to deliver
- Strong opinions on what works in enterprise security marketing, loosely held when the data says otherwise.
Benefits
- Compensation that reflects your value – We strive to offer compensation that matches leading companies in our industry, because exceptional talent deserves exceptional recognition.
- Health coverage you can count on – Your wellbeing matters. We cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you, and contribute generously toward coverage for your family.
- Protection and peace of mind – Life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance are on us, so you can focus on what matters most.
- Time for what matters – Whether you're welcoming a new child (12 weeks fully-paid parental leave), recharging with our flexible PTO, or enjoying 13 paid holidays, we support your life beyond work.
- A culture that brings out your best – Join a team where everyone takes initiative and accountability for our shared success. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who ask bold questions, challenge assumptions, and never stop learning. Here, individual brilliance amplifies through collective impact as we collaborate to achieve what none of us could alone. This is where your growth and our mission become one.
