• Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels • Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities • Develop and implement **conversion rate optimisation (CRO)** strategies • Execute and improve **technical SEO** initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings • Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements • Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance • Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in **website optimization, UX, and CRO**
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
  • Solid understanding of **technical SEO best practices**
  • Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
  • Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven
  • Nice-to-Have**
