Job Description

Growth & Market Strategy Manager

EverCommerce

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to the GM, supporting execution of key business priorities • Help translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans across functional teams • Track progress against strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on commitments • Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations to support critical business decisions • Attend cross- functional leadership meetings to ensure alignment with business priorities • Identify gaps, risks, or misalignment across teams and proactively drive resolution • Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics • Drive follow-ups and accountability across teams to ensure execution stays on track • Coordinate and drive execution of key growth initiatives • Maintain a centralized view of strategic priorities, milestones, and performance • Support planning processes including monthly reviews and quarterly planning • Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints • Conduct or support research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for leadership • Support evaluation of growth opportunities (pricing, packaging, positioning) • Develop and maintain reporting on key business metrics and strategic initiatives • Analyze performance across acquisition, retention, and expansion • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations • Support executive-level reporting and business reviews

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or consulting roles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Operations teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business case development
  • Experience with Systems including CRMs, Billing, Reporting to accurately pull data for analysis
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to synthesize data and business context into insights
  • Ability to work across teams without direct authority
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership
