• End-to-end technical implementations for enterprise customers: discovery, integration architecture, configuration, testing, go-live, and handoff to customer success • Integration engineering across customer identity ecosystems: Okta, Azure AD/Entra, AWS IAM, Google Workspace, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and other IdPs and IGA platforms • Deployment playbooks and configuration templates that make every subsequent implementation faster and more predictable • Migration plans for customers displacing legacy IGA platforms—mapping existing policies, roles, and workflows to Oleria’s architecture • Technical documentation: architecture diagrams, integration specs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides that customer IT teams can operate from • Product feedback grounded in deployment reality—not feature requests, but patterns and evidence from customer environments that shape the roadmap • POC and proof-of-value environments that demonstrate Oleria’s capabilities against customer-specific identity challenges during the sales cycle
• Onboarding and implementation programs that get enterprise customers to first value in weeks, not months—including success milestones, deployment playbooks, and stakeholder alignment • Operationalization frameworks: maturity models, adoption scorecards, and “what’s next” guides that help customers see the full value of the platform • Expansion playbooks that identify when customers are ready to grow—from platform to IGA, from one team to many teams, from initial deployment to full coverage • Customer health monitoring using product usage data, engagement signals, and relationship depth—proactively addressing risk before it becomes churn • Customer proof assets in partnership with product marketing: case studies, reference programs, joint conference appearances, customer advisory board participation • Synthesized customer feedback that shapes product roadmap priorities—not anecdotes, but patterns and evidence that engineering and product can act on • Renewal execution: you own the commercial conversation because you’ve built the trust and demonstrated the value
• You are the operational engine of Oleria’s marketing function. • You own the growth number, run the weekly operating cadence across Bay Area and Bangalore teams, and ensure every external interaction—from analyst briefings to conference keynotes—reinforces Oleria’s position as the leader in AI-native identity security. • This is a hands-on senior IC role. • You build campaigns, review pipeline data, prep founders for market-facing moments, and ship work product every week. • With AI leverage, you do what used to require a team. • This role will require periodic travel, including to our HQ based in Bellevue, WA.
• You are the voice of Oleria in the market — and you build that voice yourself. You own competitive positioning, customer proof points, and the IGA/platform messaging that arms the entire go-to-market motion. You know our product, our customers, and our competitors better than anyone else in the company — and you use AI to turn that knowledge into materials that close deals and win categories at a velocity traditional PMMs can't match. This is a senior individual contributor role with no team underneath you and no agency to hand things off to. You write the displacement playbooks, build the case studies, create the enablement content, and sit in the room when analysts form opinions. • This role will require periodic travel, including to our HQ based in Bellevue, WA. • AI-assisted competitive intelligence: automated monitoring of competitor messaging, product updates, and customer sentiment — synthesized into actionable briefs weekly, not quarterly • Sales enablement content generated at startup speed: first drafts in hours using AI, refined with domain expertise, shipped same-week • Customer case studies and reference programs with Fortune 500 enterprises • Sales enablement content: battle cards, objection handling, ROI models, demo scripts • Operationalization guides and maturity models that help customers succeed post-purchase • Analyst-ready materials for Gartner, Forrester, and industry briefings • Pricing and packaging support as the platform evolves • Product/Platform launch messaging and go-to-market materials
