• support various clinical research studies and departments across the Intermountain system • define, develop, and execute clinical research project plans • develop comprehensive budget and scope documents for clinical research studies • analyze study requirements to ensure sponsor and study requirements are met • participate in quality assurance plans and reviews as requested • manage study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities • support the development of Medicare Coverage Analysis for clinical trials • coordinate project assessments and response planning
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or life science field, business, or healthcare operations
- 2 years of experience in a research or relevant healthcare/business role
- effective organizational skills
- attention to detail
- effective professional communication skills
- ability to work with personnel at all levels
- clinical licensure, experience or certification may be required due to grant funding requirements
- experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, e-mail, and scheduling applications
- willingness to travel
- experience in clinical research setting is preferred
- experience with Research Billing and Medicare Coverage Analyses (MCAs) is preferred
- experience in Research Administration, including budget development, Grants and Contracts management is preferred

The intern will contribute to improving developer workflows by building automation that identifies and remediates infrastructure security vulnerabilities using modern DevSecOps practices and AI-driven solutions.
