Summary of Position We are looking for Managers, TPM to help us build a new generation of innovative products across our Shark & Ninja ranges! Working as part of our Needham, MA global headquarters, you will deliver multiple projects to the business on time and within budget, handling communications within our global teams and aligning project direction throughout the process. Role Functions - Lead delivery of multiple projects to the business. In partnership with a Design Manager, lead product development from concept through mass production responsible for driving the "Why" and "When" of the project, while your design counterpart is responsible for delivering the "How." - Work with your Design Manager counterpart to successfully develop a project team of A-players, helping them reach their full potential. Direct line management responsibility for other TPMs on your team, leading their professional development and supporting their career growth. - Lead effective communication between the global engineering team (based in the US, UK, and China) and represent the engineering team in cross-functional discussions. Set up, chair, and drive the agenda of global calls. - Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, Program Management, and Quality teams to align on product requirements and communicate changes back to the engineering team. - Work with Engineering to ensure adherence to these requirements and communicate back to cross-functional partners when technical execution must deviate from agreed requirements. - Distill and present key project risks, status updates, and decision points to Needham-based leadership and executive stakeholders, redirecting the engineering team based on outcomes of these discussions. - Closely manage department spend, regularly flag risks and overspends, and report to Finance on a monthly basis. - Continually identify areas for improvement within yourself, your team, and the broader SharkNinja business, and implement plans to drive progress. A particular focus will be improving workflows and processes by partnering with relevant teams and leadership to implement improvements. Hold yourself and others accountable for executing these plans. Requirements - 9+ years of experience in project management or an engineering role - Typically 2+ years of people management experience - Experience managing multiple projects through the entire product lifecycle - Significant experience presenting regularly to senior stakeholders - Significant experience managing budgets - Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances preferred - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Flexible and collaborative mindset - key to success at SharkNinja - Positive demeanor with an entrepreneurial spirit Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
