Role Description Ameresco has a new opportunity for a Project Controls Scheduler to join Ameresco’s Federal Solutions Team supporting projects throughout the United States. This position is based in Knoxville, TN, yet we may consider a remote work assignment. - Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts. - Resource and cost loads schedules when required. - Provide monthly schedule updates for all projects. - Report status of schedule to project staff and company management. - Provide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes. - Prepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule. - Assist with internal cost reporting and forecasting. - Assist in reviewing and preparing change orders, maintain change order logs. - Assist in the subcontractor bidding process. - Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes. - Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships. - Perform other duties as required. Role Description The Senior Proposal Coordinator leads the development of high-quality, compliant, and persuasive proposals that support our pursuit of software, consulting, and professional services opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in proposal management, strategic writing, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration within an RFx environment. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze opportunities, develop compelling win themes, translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
