Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer
Weedmaps
• Design and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and our enterprise stack, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA and financial middleware. • Lead high-stakes Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, ensuring data integrity, metadata mapping, and minimal business disruption. • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps) to ensure seamless, automated deployments. • Act as a technical project lead gathering requirements from management, and help manage delivery timelines for your own workstreams. • Optimize data flow using middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, CPI or similar) to connect SFDC with external data warehouses and cloud platforms. • Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and change-management controls for financially significant CRM processes.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow orchestration.
- Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth2.0, JWT, Named Credentials).
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing patterns (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Batch Apex, etc).
- Direct, hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Data/Analytics tools such as Snowflake and Tableau.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Cloud Infrastructure tools such as AWS (S3, Lambda) and Google Cloud.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Security/Identity tools such as Okta, Jira, and Slack.

Systems Engineer I Summary of Position: The Systems Engineer I works as a member of the Cloud Infrastructure team within Technical Operations. This role is tasked with keeping the existing infrastructure stable while helping to create an automated monitoring systems and administration tools.
