Role Description The Release of Information Specialist III (ROIS III) is responsible for fielding complex release of information requests while maintaining a high level of precision, efficiency and productivity-driven metrics. The ROIS III is fluent in multiple electronic medical records (EMRs) and comfortable navigating through systems and software to ensure the accurate retrieval of requested documentation in a fast-paced environment.
