Job Description The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined market segment. This role combines strategic planning, team development, and hands-on sales execution to exceed performance targets and foster a high-performing, engaged sales culture.
