Role Description Our client is seeking a versatile, bilingual Graphic Designer who can shape brand identity and translate complex datasets into clear visual narratives. This isn’t a standard design role; you’ll be embedded in a tech-forward environment creating UI assets, pitch decks, social content, and infographics at pace. Speed, flexibility, and precision are non-negotiable. You’ll toggle between English and Arabic layouts with fluency and understand both typographic traditions. Curiosity about AI and emerging tech is a major plus. What You’ll Own - Brand & Visual Identity - Maintain and evolve aiXplain’s brand across digital, print, and presentations - Ensure visual consistency at speed without sacrificing quality - Build brand guidelines and scalable templates - Bilingual Design (Arabic & English) - Design seamless layouts for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) - Master Arabic typography, spacing, and cultural visual nuance - Handle both languages with equal mastery—no outsourcing or approximation - Data Visualization - Turn complex AI/technical data into clear, compelling visual stories - Design charts, infographics, dashboards, and reports that communicate instantly - Collaborate with product and research teams on model outputs and metrics - Tech-Oriented Creative - Create assets for AI products, developer-facing content, and technical marketing - Work closely with engineers and PMs—speak their language - Stay current with tech design trends: UI kits, developer docs, SaaS aesthetics, AI/ML branding - Delivery & Flexibility - Deliver high-quality assets fast (tight deadlines are the norm) - Adapt across formats: social, presentations, web graphics, motion stubs, print - Manage multiple briefs without dropping quality or missing deadlines Qualifications - Bilingual fluency in Arabic & English (written + design) - Professional typographic skills in both scripts - Strong data visualization portfolio - Proven brand design experience - Tech industry exposure or genuine interest in AI/ML - Fast turnaround track record - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Requirements - Experience designing for SaaS or AI products - Motion graphics or basic animation skills - Familiarity with developer tools or technical documentation - Experience with design systems at scale - Background in UX/UI design principles - Prior work with bilingual marketing campaigns Role Details - Location: Remote - Type: Full-time - Languages Required: Arabic & English (bilingual design proficiency essential) - Reports To: Comms - Availability: Responsive to fast-turnaround requests across time zones
