Business Development Representative
Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners
• Prospecting, Cold Calling, Pursuing / Opening New Accounts • Building / Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders & Decision Makers • Contacting current customers and identifying new services. • Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products. • Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes. • Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable. • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service. • Working closely with our Sales / Service Teams to ensure customer needs are met. • Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of outside sales experience.
- 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers.
- Strong attention to details and follow-up calls.
- Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
