• Support day-to-day commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A integration, and legal risk management across Embrace and its subsidiaries. • Provide practical legal support for commercial contracts and business matters across multiple subsidiaries. • Help business teams identify and manage legal, operational, financial, and compliance risks. • Coordinate with outside counsel for specialized matters, including employment, IP, privacy, litigation, and complex M&A issues. • Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS, software license, professional services, NDA, reseller/channel, vendor, amendment, and renewal agreements. • Advise business, finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams on contract positions and practical fallback language. • Maintain and improve standard contract templates, clause language, approval rules, and contract review playbooks. • Support corporate governance and entity management for Embrace and its subsidiaries. • Prepare and maintain resolutions, consents, officer/director records, organizational documents, and corporate records. • Support acquisitions and strategic transactions through legal due diligence, document review, contract summaries, and issue tracking. • Coordinate with finance, operations, HR, executive leadership, and outside counsel during diligence and integration.
• Write winning proposals that lead to increased sales. • Portray Fairfax Software and its solutions favorably in proposal responses. • Accountable for all aspects of proposal delivery, including researching, interviewing, writing, editing, design, print, packaging, and delivery. • Work with cross-functional team members including sales, engineering, product management, and professional services. • Develop substantive and persuasive responses to proposal questions within deadlines. • Maintain and update responses to standardized inquiries utilizing RFP database.
• Serve as the day-to-day support contact for FI client staff — branch admins, operations teams, and digital banking coordinators — via phone, email, and ticketing system. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues including user provisioning, permission errors, feature configuration, transaction exceptions, and integration discrepancies. • Guide FI staff through platform workflows, admin portal navigation, and self-service tools to build client independence and reduce repeat contacts. • Triage incoming cases, distinguish Tier 1 resolvable issues from Tier 2 technical escalations, and own both through to resolution. • Coordinate with internal teams including development and quality assurance to investigate and resolve platform bugs, data issues, and system outages affecting client FIs. • Document issues, workarounds, and resolutions in the CRM and contribute to the internal knowledge base. • Identify patterns in client issues that may indicate product gaps or training opportunities and surface these to the appropriate teams. • Support FIs during critical moments such as new feature rollouts, core system conversions, and platform updates. • Minimal travel onsite during onboarding of new FI clients for training and go-live functions.
• Own a defined territory of new-logo and existing accounts, carrying a quota and a plan to beat it • Source, qualify, and close net-new business through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach • Grow existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell across the full product line • Run the full cycle: discovery, executive presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close • Build and own your own pipeline — self-source through outbound prospecting, your network, and targeted outreach to the leads provided by the marketing team
• Triage and manage incoming support tickets across multiple customers, maintaining SLA response and resolution. • Communicate directly with customers by setting expectations, providing status updates, and translating technical problems into plain language. • Read existing code and design documents to understand customer environments before issues arise. • Implement code fixes in C#/.NET and React/TS for production and test environments. • Escalate tickets with thorough documentation when issues require deeper engineering involvement. • Review software releases, test Cloud environments, and coordinate releases with customers. • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for customers contracted for 24/7 after hours support. • Document issues, resolutions, and institutional knowledge for the team.

• Design and ship production RAG systems for enterprise customers — chunking strategy, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, reranking, query rewriting, citation grounding, the works. • Own retrieval evaluation end-to-end — define golden sets, build eval pipelines (Ragas, TruLens, LangSmith, or custom), and drive measurable quality wins (think context precision 0.65 → 0.90, not "looks good to me"). • Architect agentic systems layered on top of RAG — multi-step retrieval, tool use, MCP integrations, guardrails, output validation. • Embed directly with customer engineering teams — pair on whiteboards, write code in their repos, debug their data, present to their CTO. • Technically lead a distributed team of FDEs across time zones — set the quality bar, review architecture, mentor engineers, own customer outcomes. • Close the loop with our product org — what breaks in the field shapes what we build next.
• Own and evolve the AWS infrastructure that underpins our multi-tenant SaaS platform. • Design, provision, and manage production-grade AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, ECR, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, and EKS/ECS clusters. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. • Architect and optimize PostgreSQL infrastructure including automated backups, replication, and performance tuning. • Drive high availability, disaster recovery planning, scalability, and cloud cost optimization initiatives. • Build and maintain delivery pipelines for rapid, safe, and reliable deployments. • Design and operate CI/CD workflows for Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React applications. • Implement deployment strategies to reduce production risk. • Manage Docker-based development and production environments. • Design, operate, and optimize our container orchestration platform. • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems using CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement critical features and platform components – this is an active coding role. • Own technical architecture decisions: system design, service boundaries, data modelling, and API contracts. • Lead code and design reviews, setting the technical bar and coaching engineers through them. • Resolve complex engineering challenges, performance bottlenecks, and cross-cutting concerns. • Drive adoption of engineering best practices: TDD, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design. • Lead a small agile team – run sprints, set goals, unblock engineers, and manage delivery commitments. • Mentor and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and pair programming. • Collaborate with Product and Operations to refine roadmaps and translate requirements into technical plans. • Lead the team’s adoption of AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted testing) and build internal best practices. • Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into the Radiant platform to enhance customer value. • Evaluate emerging AI tools and partner with leadership to define an AI strategy roadmap for engineering.
