• Own and evolve the AWS infrastructure that underpins our multi-tenant SaaS platform. • Design, provision, and manage production-grade AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, ECR, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, and EKS/ECS clusters. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. • Architect and optimize PostgreSQL infrastructure including automated backups, replication, and performance tuning. • Drive high availability, disaster recovery planning, scalability, and cloud cost optimization initiatives. • Build and maintain delivery pipelines for rapid, safe, and reliable deployments. • Design and operate CI/CD workflows for Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React applications. • Implement deployment strategies to reduce production risk. • Manage Docker-based development and production environments. • Design, operate, and optimize our container orchestration platform. • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems using CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Design and implement critical features and platform components – this is an active coding role. • Own technical architecture decisions: system design, service boundaries, data modelling, and API contracts. • Lead code and design reviews, setting the technical bar and coaching engineers through them. • Resolve complex engineering challenges, performance bottlenecks, and cross-cutting concerns. • Drive adoption of engineering best practices: TDD, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design. • Lead a small agile team – run sprints, set goals, unblock engineers, and manage delivery commitments. • Mentor and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and pair programming. • Collaborate with Product and Operations to refine roadmaps and translate requirements into technical plans. • Lead the team’s adoption of AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted testing) and build internal best practices. • Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into the Radiant platform to enhance customer value. • Evaluate emerging AI tools and partner with leadership to define an AI strategy roadmap for engineering.

• Provide first-level support for banking software to financial institution customers, including issue resolution and troubleshooting. • Configure and train clients on software modules and provide applications. • Participate in help desk activities, handling daily support inquiries via phone, email, or remote tools. • Travel to customer sites for installations, upgrades, and training sessions as needed. • Participate in after-hours support rotation once proficient in product functionality. • Work closely with internal teams such as QA, Development, and IT to identify and resolve complex issues. • Document support procedures and client-specific configuration steps. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using internal call tracking/reporting systems. • Keep instructional materials and customer-facing documentation current and relevant. • Communicate status updates and key customer concerns to management. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both customers and coworkers. • Ensure timely submission of project updates and travel/expense reports. • Actively pursue opportunities for skill development and knowledge expansion through hands-on involvement in field installations and software upgrades.

• Build, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Python (FastAPI or Django) on the backend and React on the frontend. • Design and maintain robust data layers, including relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Develop and optimize database objects — schemas, indexes, queries, and migrations — using SQLAlchemy or the Django ORM, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Collaborate with product managers and design teams to translate complex domain workflows across Embrace's regulated verticals into intuitive, efficient user experiences. • Implement, secure, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices hosted on AWS or Microsoft Azure. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Manage cloud services such as compute (ECS/EKS, App Service, Containers), serverless (Lambda, Azure Functions), secrets management (Secrets Manager, Key Vault), object storage (S3, Blob Storage), messaging (SQS/SNS, Service Bus), and observability (CloudWatch, Application Insights). • Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Write clean, well-structured, and testable code following industry best practices — including type hints, pytest, and modern Python tooling (uv, ruff, mypy). • Lead architecture planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives alongside principal engineers across Embrace Technology Group. • Work AI-first, using Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or JetBrains AI as your primary day-to-day development tools. The majority of your code will be AI-assisted, and you will review, refine, and validate that output to a production bar. • Contribute to new product builds and modernization across Embrace's six regulated industry verticals, plus special projects from Venture AI Labs — prototypes, applied experiments, and zero-to-one product bets.

• Own a strategic named-account portfolio including top global companies. • Build and run a book of named enterprise accounts in process and discrete manufacturing. • Lead 6–12 month consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Forecast accurately in Salesforce and hit your number. • Partner with marketing, product teams and drive pilots and contracts.

• You will own a strategic named-account portfolio that includes the 8 of the top 10 chemical companies, 3 of the top 10 automotive manufacturers, and 3 of the top 5 oil & gas majors globally. • Your mandate is twofold: deepen penetration across these flagship enterprise accounts and capture the next wave of Fortune 500 logos across industrial manufacturing, heavy machinery, and food & beverage production. • This is a hunter role with full enterprise weight behind it: net-new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, six- and seven-figure deal cycles, and direct executive air cover from Radiant and Embrace leadership.

• This is a senior marketing role inside a shared services function that supports a growing portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. • You will work across multiple businesses — each with its own product, market, buyer persona, and growth challenge. • You will need to get up to speed fast, form a sharp point of view quickly, and drive execution without waiting for someone to hand you a playbook. • There is no single playbook — you will help build them. • You are not here to manage a content calendar for one brand. • You are here to make multiple businesses more competitive, more visible, and better at generating pipeline — simultaneously.

• Design & UX. Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and design systems aligned with brand and business goals. Own the visual quality bar across all digital properties. • Engineering. Build and manage sites across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom stacks. Develop themes, templates, and reusable components. Migrate from legacy CMS to modern platforms end-to-end. • Campaigns. Build and maintain landing pages, UTM tracking flows, and webforms that connect to CRM. Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to hit launch timelines. • AI & Speed. Identify and implement AI tools that cut turnaround. Use Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and whatever comes next to scaffold code, draft copy, and automate the repetitive stuff. • Delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Create structure where there isn't any.

• Process Transformation — Map broken processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign how teams operate. Convert vague business problems into structured workflows, dashboards, and system changes. • AI & Automation Implementation — Build real AI-powered workflows for lead research, reporting, CRM updates, support automation, document processing, and internal assistants. Using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, and APIs. • Systems Rollouts — Implement and improve CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, HRMS, and reporting platforms. Gather requirements, configure systems, support UAT, clean data, and drive real user adoption. • Data, Reporting & Dashboards — Analyze business data, build Advanced Excel dashboards, create KPI reports, and give leadership clean, actionable data to make faster decisions. • Portfolio Enablement — Work across multiple acquired SaaS companies to standardize processes, automate workflows, and build scalable operating models. New business, new problem, every week.

• Manage end-to-end finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. • Oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation. • Perform monthly book closures, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Assist in organizing the annual statutory audits and ensuring all filings are completed. • Collaborate with the integration team during the acquisition of a company to ensure adequate setup of the finance structure. • Participate in processes related to the sale or acquisition of companies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance controls, and drive operational excellence. • Support financial internal controls and evaluate established policies and procedures. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
