Strategic Partnerships Manager
Hire Overseas
• Own and manage relationships with influencers, founders, investors, and aligned brands across sustainability, wellness, urbanism, and technology • Coordinate collaboration campaigns, co-created content, and cross-posting strategies • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level partners and their teams • Turn podcast appearances, events, or conversations into structured partnership outcomes • Support negotiations and coordination for brand partnerships, affiliate-style deals, or audience-sharing initiatives • Help organize and execute multi-party initiatives such as joint lives, webinars, summits, or digital events • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across collaborators • Ensure follow-through so opportunities do not stall or get lost • Support long-term relationship building rather than one-off promotions • Oversee the transformation of long-form ideas, audio, and writing into short-form, high-impact visual content • Use AI tools to support rapid content production, localization, and experimentation • Coordinate or execute workflows involving AI-generated visuals, video synthesis, and motion-based storytelling • Maintain consistency in visual style and narrative across platforms • Keep trackers, pipelines, and relationship data clean and current • Surface insights on what content, partnerships, or narratives are resonating • Act as a trusted operator who reduces friction and mental load for leadership • Identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement systems independently
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, community, operations, or strategic roles
- Strong relationship management skills with comfort interacting across senior stakeholders
- Clear, confident written and verbal **English communication**
- Experience coordinating multi-party initiatives or campaigns
- Strong organizational instincts and follow-through
- Comfort working independently with minimal structure
- Genuine interest in sustainability, cities, culture, or systems-level thinking
- High curiosity and comfort experimenting with **AI tools and workflows**
