HR Operations Specialist
Fortive
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries around HR policy, benefits, payroll, and other areas across EMEA via voice, chat, and case management tools. • Manage HR requests, partner with team members, and contribute to improving support processes and knowledgebase content. • Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows. • Administer employee separations and ensure timely, accurate processing of benefits, deductions, and contributions. • Resolve data discrepancies between systems and communicate clearly with stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including benefits providers.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve data issues.
- High attention to data integrity and accuracy.
- Technical proficiency with HRIS, data tools, and reporting systems.
- Clear, collaborative communication with HR teams, technical partners, and leadership.
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimization and error prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in HR administration and understanding of EMEA HR practices.
- Knowledge of case management and knowledge management systems.
