Job Description

HRT / TRT Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

OpenLoop

• Conduct HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations • Review patient intake forms and lab results • Develop individualized HRT/TRT and medical weight loss treatment plans • Determine appropriate care pathways during initial consultations • Educate patients on treatment options and expectations • Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation • Collaborate with providers through charting and internal messaging • Adhere to clinical protocols and best practices • Provide feedback to improve clinical quality and operations • Embrace evolving telehealth technologies

Job Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted APRN license in at least 10 states (required)
  • Master’s, Post-Master’s Certificate, or Doctorate in Nursing
  • National NP certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years as an NP in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • Proven experience with male and female hormone replacement therapy
  • Background in medical weight loss or peptide therapy
  • Strong knowledge of endocrinology and pharmacology
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Comfortable and confident practicing via telemedicine
