Job Description

HR Specialist

• As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and internal communications. • The role is focused on HR administration, data management, and operational support. • Maintain and manage specialist profiles in HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy across contracts, compensation, leaves, and personal details. • Prepare and support onboarding documentation, including onboarding presentations, checklists, and coordination of required materials. • Support contract preparation and documentation flow, including coordination of signatures and storage of HR documents. • Provide full HR documentation support, ensuring all files are properly organized, up to date, and easily accessible. • Prepare HR reports and analytics, working confidently with Excel to deliver insights on headcount, turnover, leave balances, and other HR metrics. • Support the administration of HR systems and tools (HRIS, LMS, etc) and assist with improvements and automation. • Collaborate with Recruitment, Finance and IT Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and data handover for new hires. • Support internal HR communications by creating, scheduling, and managing content in Slack, including announcements, greetings, updates, and HR news. • Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, workshops, trainings, and engagement initiatives. • Help collect and analyze data for engagement surveys and feedback initiatives, supporting People Partners with insights and summaries. • Assist in managing corporate gifts and recognition initiatives, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Act as a point of contact for routine HR questions from specialists, escalating complex cases to People Partners when needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR (IT or startup environments).
  • Strong experience in HR administration, documentation, and HR data management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (reports, formulas, analytics); confidence working with data.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (HiBob is a strong plus).
  • Strong written communication skills, including experience with internal communications in Slack or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of People Partner responsibilities and interest in developing in this direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher is a must.
