Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on systems.
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how to build scalable processes within the platform.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance.
- Understand the nuances of lead routing and the 'lead-to-close' engine, and you know how to build for scale.
