Job Description

Marketing Operations Specialist

gridX

• Part of the marketing team, supporting the digitalization of the energy sector • Automating marketing processes and optimizing the lead funnel • Implementing and optimizing lead generation and nurturing flows in HubSpot • Responsible for marketing performance tracking across all channels • Planning and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on Google Search, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Further developing the website in Webflow and implementing basic SEO • Strategic copywriting for ads, landing pages, print materials, lead-nurturing emails, and website content • Supporting cross-functional initiatives such as events and campaign concepts

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Communications or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or content operations — B2B experience is a plus
  • Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot and Webflow (or comparable tools)
  • Experience with paid ads platforms, web analytics tools, and design tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
  • Analytical thinking — in funnels, numbers, and processes — with a strong focus on business goals
  • Ability to translate complex data into concrete, actionable insights
  • Experience in strategic copywriting or campaign development
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ideally some initial experience or a strong interest in renewable energy
