Qualifications - 4+ years of explicit Product Management experience, with a proven history of launching multiple large or complex features. - Deep functional domain knowledge within the iGaming industry, including hands-on work with verticals like Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Bonuses, or Anti-Fraud engines. - Strong technical savviness with the ability to constructively criticize engineering plans and analyze underlying system architecture. - Proven ability to set, build, and maintain a structured metric tree to inform product prioritization. - High level of professional autonomy, requiring virtually no support to resolve day-to-day product issues and cross-team alignment friction. - Excellent communication skills in fluent English to maintain transparency across distributed teams.
