Talent Acquisition Intern – Practica Universitaria 2026

• Apoyar la búsqueda de talento IT a través de diferentes canales (LinkedIn, bolsas de trabajo, referencias, bases de datos internas y redes de contactos). • Asistir en la revisión de CVs y realizar llamadas de pre-selección inicial. • Coordinar entrevistas con candidatos y gerentes de contratación. • Ayudar a mantener y actualizar el pipeline de candidatos y los rastreadores de reclutamiento. • Apoyar en el proceso de documentación y seguimiento para asegurar una experiencia fluida para los candidatos. • Colaborar con el equipo para entender los requerimientos de los roles y las necesidades del proyecto. • Apoyar en la elaboración de informes de reclutamiento e investigación básica del mercado relacionada con las tendencias de contratación y disponibilidad de talento. • Contribuir a las iniciativas de branding del empleador y comunicaciones con los candidatos. • Participar en reuniones del equipo e iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del proceso de adquisición de talento. • Desempeñar un papel activo en la promoción y fortalecimiento de nuestra cultura organizacional aportando ideas nuevas, apoyando iniciativas internas y ayudando a ejecutar acciones que mejoren tanto el compromiso de los candidatos como el de los empleados.
Job Requirements
- Actualmente cursando un grado en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Laborales o campos relacionados.
- Disponibilidad para completar un convenio de prácticas.
- Interés en tecnología, datos y entornos digitales.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación (orales y escritas).
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado).
- Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Alto nivel de organización, proactividad y ganas de aprender.
- Curiosidad, creatividad y mentalidad ágil para adaptarse a desafíos en evolución.
