• Owns client proposal development in collaboration with Commercial Sales Account Executives • Coordinates cross-functionally within Commercial Sales and with various Advarra SMEs in the development of proposals, vendor assessments, and other requested documents • Ensures compliance with requirements specified in RFPs and vendor assessment requests • Customizes, proofreads, edits, and ensures accuracy of the final proposal/questionnaire document • Completes all required forms and obtains all necessary signatures • Manages the coordination and timeline for completion of the RFP or questionnaire • Maintains their project documentation including proposal/questionnaire, attachments, communications, etc. • Maintains and updates proposal boilerplate, current corporate information, location profiles, resumes, bios, customer references and templates as needed
• Define and lead a forward-looking enterprise learning and capability strategy aligned to Advarra’s values, growth, innovation, and regulatory priorities. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and Executive Leadership Team, shaping workforce readiness, transformation initiatives, and future skills planning. • Translate business strategy into enterprise capability roadmaps, ensuring the organization is equipped to scale and compete. • Establish a holistic capability development framework, integrating leadership development, technical training, and professional growth pathways. • Drive enterprise leadership development strategy, including executive development, succession readiness, and high-potential programs. • Chair the Enterprise Learning Council, setting governance, prioritization, and investment decisions across all business units. • Ensure alignment and integration of learning initiatives across functions, geographies, and business lines.

Role Description The purpose of this role is to lead the company’s customer-facing product implementations as well as support internal organizational initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. - 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects using a standard project management methodology. - Experience identifying and implementing process improvements. - Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions with confidence and conciseness. - Ability to effectively negotiate and build consensus with various audiences and manage project activities. Role Description Supports the IRB Services department in the review of incoming submissions and preparation of informed consent forms (ICFs) used in the conduct of human subject research. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Conduct an accurate pre-review of new and revised consent forms in regulatory compliance with applicable FDA, HHS, Health Canada, TCPS2 regulations, ICH GCP guidance, and operational compliance with Advarra Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, including: - Editing new and revised consent forms to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Advarra document standards - Applying negotiated Sponsor language to consent form documents as required by client agreements documented in mandatory language documents or MLD’s - Collaborating with Board members and staff to include all necessary edits to the consent form from the various stakeholders - Keeping up to date with U.S. and/or Canadian Regulations and Guidelines in Human Subject Protections, drug research, device research, and cosmetic research - Completing standard Human Subjects Research Training, such as CITI, on a repeating cycle determined by management - Completing organizational training as required by management - Attending one IRB meeting per month to enhance knowledge and understanding of IRB processes (two meetings per month during the initial training period) Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in technical, medical writing and/or editing - Associates degree Requirements - Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation - Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs. - Learn and comprehend basic instructions - Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities - Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking Benefits - Base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $66,974 - Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience - This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary - Health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits

Role Description The Senior Contracts Specialist is primarily responsible for working with colleagues within the Contracts Group (CG), Commercial organization, Finance and Subject Matter Experts throughout Advarra. The Sr Contracts Specialist will work with CG colleagues in order to deliver a quality review of client/vendor contractual documents for Advarra’s various service lines. They ensure timely turnaround of tasks assigned to them, including but not limited to the review of client/supplier and internal requests and coordination with internal subject matter experts. They will also assist the CG team with the day-to-day tasks of tracking contract requests, finalizing contract documents, and ongoing process and systems enhancements. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Works independently with minimal supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment within the CG and with relevant stakeholders to transition projects from opportunity to contract stage, including initial drafting and/or reviewing of contracts, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Amendment Agreements, Statement of Work, etc. - Manages the incoming requests to CG, triages them and either works on them or ensures they are assigned appropriately to a CG representative. - Manages tasks assigned via Salesforce to build client facing documents. - Collaborates with various SMEs to ensure a timely delivery of CG documents. - Escalates contracting concerns appropriately. - Works cross-functionally throughout Advarra to ensure contract obligations are communicated and managed. - Maintains reporting for and takes action on contracts regarding expirations and works with internal teams to determine renewal status. - Ensures files, draft documents, and final documents are properly stored within the department systems. - Conducts a quality control of documents. - Tracks contract data in the appropriate systems. - Utilizes proper signature authority based on company policies and routes documents for signature. - Participates in team meetings and aids in development or modification of tools and procedures. - Serves as a backup to members of the CG team and supports Legal function as required. - Raises ongoing process improvement suggestions and opportunities. - Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in English, Life Sciences, Business or similar area of expertise or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years contract management experience with experience within the clinical research industry considered an asset. Preferred Qualifications - Paralegal certification or experience in a Legal Department preferred. - Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external clients with a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer familiarity and navigation skills.
