• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites. • Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions • Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description • Assist with job requisition / description development • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants • Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions • ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system • Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork • Resume conversion and application maintenance.

Role Description We are seeking a Recruiter to support a major multi‑site manufacturing client. This is a fully virtual, W2 contract role. You must reside in the Central time zone. As a Frontline Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles at any given time. These openings will be in various stages of the pipeline and range from entry‑level general labor to skilled trades positions. Our challenge to you: - Put People to Work! Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies. - Client & Candidate - Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management. Qualifications - 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for niche skilled trades within a manufacturer. - Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. - Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. - Must reside in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. • Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting across Talent Acquisition • Extract insights that will have the biggest impact • Share a narrative that complements the data • Segment large data sets and extract data from data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other business intelligence tools • Manipulate and combine data sets coming from disparate data sources using data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc. • Analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods • Partner with TA program teams as the subject matter expert for all things TA data • Gather, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting • Provide commentary around insights and trends that drive business performance • Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations • Partner with stakeholders in the business and the broader team to build empathy around Talent Acquisition customers
