Role Description We are seeking a Recruiter to support a major multi‑site manufacturing client. This is a fully virtual, W2 contract role. You must reside in the Central time zone. As a Frontline Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles at any given time. These openings will be in various stages of the pipeline and range from entry‑level general labor to skilled trades positions. Our challenge to you: - Put People to Work! Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies. - Client & Candidate - Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Qualifications - 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for niche skilled trades within a manufacturer. - Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. - Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. - Must reside in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
