• Play a critical role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies • Lead complex searches and serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders • Mentor team members and drive recruitment initiatives • Contribute to and influence the overall recruitment strategy • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies • Build and sustain strategic talent networks • Enhance the candidate assessment process • Manage complex recruitment projects and collaborate cross-functionally • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies • Drive collaboration across all organizational levels
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or clinical research industry
- 7+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn)
- Proven experience leading complex recruitment campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
