• Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture database/platform including validation and systems engineering. • Manage the day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA database/platform. • Develop and enforce standards for all design documentation and reference materials, including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and application guides, ensuring adherence to CRA standards. • Oversee the review, approval, and publishing workflow for all new reference architectures, ensuring formal technical review and compliance. • Curate and organize content to ensure designs are easy to find and use, and manage user access and permissions for the platform. • Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage, collaborating with Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, IT, and third party resources for content ingestion and technical maintenance.

• Define and drive the product strategy and architecture for Optical Transport, OLT and ONT platforms. • Help Architect and design DWDM optical network products supporting 100G, 400G, and 800G coherent interfaces. • Help Architect and design Design GPON and XGS-PON broadband network products, including OLT/ONTs. • Lead adoption of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architectures and Define management, control, and automation frameworks using NETCONF/YANG, and related models. • Evaluate vendor solutions, reference designs, and interoperability across multi-vendor environments. • Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and architectural guidance across programs and teams. • Support customer engagements, technical proposals, and roadmap discussions as a subject-matter expert. • Ensure product and solution alignment with industry standards (ITU, IEEE, BBF) and regulatory guidelines.

• The Partner Architect - ExtraHop serves as a strategic technical advisor and enablement leader, bridging Optiv’s sales, services, and partner ecosystems. • This role drives pre-sales excellence through deep technical expertise, hands-on solution demonstrations, and enablement programs that enhance both internal teams and client outcomes. • The Partner Architect will champion assigned partner technologies—showcasing use cases, aligning solutions with client goals, and ensuring seamless integration across Optiv’s portfolio. • Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients. • Develop and maintain technical sales tools and documentation, including sizing guidelines, best practice and integration guides, and solution design and implementation documentation. • Lead use case development and create reusable demonstration assets. • Build and execute enablement sessions and workshops for sales and technical teams. • Define and document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment for partner technologies. • Validate service offerings and scoping for technical accuracy and consistency. • Support client retention and technology optimization through advisory and best-practice assessments. • Conduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities. • Serve as an escalation point for complex partner-related services and solution challenges. • Shadow partner engineering and internal consulting teams periodically to stay aligned on evolving capabilities. • Contribute to internal communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Maintain expert-level technical certifications in assigned partner technologies.
