• Define and execute the Transportation strategy across Europe • Lead pipeline creation and conversion for strategic projects • Build and coach a high-performing team of Solution Account Managers • Develop relationships with OEMs, operators, EPCs, and partners • Align regional sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions • Drive business performance and ensure forecast accuracy
• Partner with the SAP Change Enablement Director to develop a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders impacted by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA • Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral, managing the collaboration and approval process efficiently to meet project timelines • Craft clear and consistent messaging that fosters transparency, relevant and actionable for stakeholders by region, location, and persona • Manage internal and external communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery of change-related messages • Maintain, enhance, and standardize communication toolkits , templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in change messaging
• Communicate with key internal and external project stakeholders to detail requirements for solutions • Evaluate design requirements from customers and/or partners • Provide feedback and guidance for greenfield and brownfield project designs • Develop solution architectures that inform product development initiatives and guide customer engagements • Document industrial network and/or digital automation network designs in the forms of design prerequisites, topology drawings, reports, configuration procedures, performance metrics, and demonstrations • Validate solution architectures and report results of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing • Stay apprised and educated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies that influence future design innovation • Document standard practices and common designs for use cases utilizing Belden technologies, and actively participate in the sharing of the knowledge to targeted audiences • Reporting projects and customers’ feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Belden Engineering/R&D.
• Establish viable opportunities – through probing and solutions based questions • Contact prospective customers – engage directly with prospects through phone, email or other desk-based methods (such as LinkedIn messaging) • Evaluate quality of leads – qualify and score the viability of an interested lead by assessing the need, timing, upcoming & current investment plans • Identify key stakeholders – map key stakeholders within each prospective customer • Inform prospects - of Belden’s solutions and gauge interest in offerings • Score opportunities - Assess information gathered and score opportunities per a defined set of criteria (MEDICC Criteria: Metrics, Economic Buying Influencer, Decision Process, Identified Pain, Coach, Competition) • Implement and maintain lead generation strategies – design lead generation strategies based on pre-funnel performance from the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce.com) • Handover scheduled leads - schedule a meeting and seamlessly hand off sales-qualified opportunities to our sales representatives for further discovery • Ensure continuous improvement - collaborate with marketing and sales to assess lead and opportunity quality, incorporate feedback and refine reach out processes as needed • Identify patterns of success and build efficiencies into efforts
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for brand governance, standards and brand-related inquiries. • Develop, maintain and evolve brand guidelines, frameworks, and standards; review and approve branded messaging and visual assets. • Support and participate in Belden’s brand transformation initiatives, including planning and implementation. • Contribute to the evolution of brand architecture with connected brands and portfolio alignment across products and solutions. • Collaborate with business and marketing partners on product and solution launches, serving as the brand expert for naming, branding and trademark considerations. • Manage Belden’s trademark portfolio, including applications, renewals, compliance and communication. • Partner with Legal to monitor and address trademark infringements and protect Belden’s intellectual property and brand equity. • Mitigate brand and reputational risk through proactive monitoring of online and offline brand usage. • Manage and collaborate with external agencies to own brand research. • Translate brand research and performance insights into actionable guidance for brand standards, messaging frameworks, and brand investment priorities. • Develop and support strategic brand-building, multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Partner with the Digital Transformation team to develop and manage a cohesive web domain strategy for current and future Belden domains. • Educate and train employees, partners, and agencies on proper brand usage and governance practices. • Develop tools and resources that enable efficient, compliant brand execution across the organization.

• Conduct in‑depth network and cybersecurity assessments, audits, and health checks to identify improvement opportunities and recommend best‑practice solutions. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive assessment reports, technical documentation, and related customer‑support materials. • Serve as a technical consultant, partnering with project managers and customer stakeholders to implement advanced configurations and integrations. • Lead deployment planning, equipment preparation, and on‑site implementation activities, including hardware installation and software configuration. • Install and integrate solutions both onsite and remotely, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, processes, and system requirements. • Support customers and partners with configuration requirements for integration points within their environments. • Provide subject‑matter expertise across the full product suite, implementation methodologies, and relevant technologies. • Ensure successful installation, commissioning, and validation of customer solutions. • Develop and deliver customized technical training for customers, installers, engineers, and other key audiences. • Optimize network designs and configurations to meet customer needs. • Complete solution handover to support teams, ensuring smooth operational transition.
