Enterprise Reference Architecture Lead
Belden Inc.
• Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture database/platform including validation and systems engineering. • Manage the day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA database/platform. • Develop and enforce standards for all design documentation and reference materials, including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and application guides, ensuring adherence to CRA standards. • Oversee the review, approval, and publishing workflow for all new reference architectures, ensuring formal technical review and compliance. • Curate and organize content to ensure designs are easy to find and use, and manage user access and permissions for the platform. • Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage, collaborating with Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, IT, and third party resources for content ingestion and technical maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Strong background and experience in technical program management with an emphasis on systems/platform development lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of architectural repositories or similar platforms.
- Expertise in validation and vetting of systems architecture and development including evaluation of external tools/platforms and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of full stack solutions within OT and IT applications, and reference architecture materials, ensuring reusability, consistency, and scalability in solution designs.
- Expertise in developing and enforcing standards for design documentation, including diagrams, BOMs, and guides.
- Ability to effectively train and support diverse field teams on technical platforms and content.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
