Principal Solutions Architect

Softchoice

• Serve as the bridge between our Sales team and our clients. • Convey up-to-date information on the latest Cisco solutions, propose creative approaches to address business challenges, deliver presentations and facilitate workshops with business leaders—from senior executives to front-line managers—and translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences. • Challenge clients by applying your skills, insight, and experience to help them not only identify the right actions but also understand the best way to implement them. • Confidently question assumptions with well-documented, tailored recommendations that showcase innovative ways to build solutions that maximize outcomes. • Help grow Cisco’s revenue and gross margin with a particular focus on Cisco products as well as managed and professional services.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience with Cisco technologies, in direct sales or as a pre-sales support resource, selling technologies and/or services in B2B environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Cisco networking, security and/or collaboration technologies and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for network design, application platforms, and infrastructure architectures.
  • Ability to learn quickly and a curiosity to explore new technologies and their impact on our clients’ businesses.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Cisco solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required for this role.
