• Publisher Onboarding & Management • Recruit and onboard new publishers (direct & programmatic) • Ensure smooth integration via XML, API, or tag-based methods. • Maintain active relationships with top-tier supply partners. • Optimization & Monetization • Monitor performance metrics (fill rate, eCPM, RPM, CTR) to ensure monetization is optimized across all placements. • Troubleshoot revenue dips or delivery issues in real-time with internal dev teams. • Work closely with the advertiser team to map supply to converting demand sources. • Demand Integration • Collaborate with demand team to match premium demand sources to publisher inventory. • Work with XML / RTB / header bidding integrations to maximize supply value. • Technical & Strategic Oversight • Review and optimize traffic quality signals. • Oversee ad quality, compliance, and appropriate targeting by vertical and geo. • Use internal dashboards, AdKernel tech, and 3rd-party analytics tools to monitor performance. • Growth & Retention • Identify upsell or scale opportunities within existing publisher accounts. • Support reactivation campaigns for dormant or low-performing partners.

• Reporting directly to the Vector Unit Verification Lead, this is a highly technical Individual Contributor (IC) role. • Design scalable formal testbenches, write mathematical properties, and ensure the algorithmic and architectural integrity of the vector pipeline. • Work with VU microarchitects to identify deep corner-case bugs and achieve formal sign-off on complex arithmetic and execution blocks. • Design, deploy, and maintain robust formal verification environments for Vector Unit sub-blocks. • Implement advanced word-level modeling, bit-blasting, and algebraic rewriting strategies to verify floating-point and integer vector arithmetic units. • Independently diagnose and resolve proof-convergence failures using advanced reduction techniques. • Develop formal environments to mathematically prove compliance with RISC-V Vector Extension specifications. • Collaborate closely with VU simulation engineers for maximum bug-hunting efficiency.

• Develop a verification plan based on the specification. • Build verification infrastructure for the block. • Develop tests, stimulus, and checkers based on the test plan. • Achieve 100% regression and functional coverage.

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust formal verification environments for complex Vector Unit sub-blocks • Implement advanced word-level modeling, bit-blasting, and algebraic rewriting strategies • Independently diagnose and resolve proof-convergence failures, over-constraints, and state-space explosions • Develop formal environments to mathematically prove compliance with the RISC-V Vector Extension specification • Collaborate closely with simulation engineers to ensure maximum bug-hunting efficiency

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards • Support the development of backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Framework • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and senior developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues • Contribute to database-related tasks, including writing and optimizing SQL queries • Take part in code reviews and learn from feedback to continuously improve code quality
