Job Description

Product Operations Intern

Sprinklr

• Assist with improving workflows, documentation, and internal processes across the Product organization • Support coordination of product launches and internal enablement activities • Help maintain and organize product documentation and knowledge resources • Support tracking and reporting on product metrics and operational KPIs • Help analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities • Assist with building dashboards and reports to support product decision-making • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to support key initiatives • Help coordinate meetings, communications, and updates across teams • Assist with research and operational projects that improve team efficiency and alignment

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in Product, Operations, and the SaaS industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
