• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring best practices and maintainability. • Develop and manage data models, process automations, and workflow optimization for the legal domain. • Enforce development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices. • Managing integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals. • Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and user experience. • Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations. • Implement role-based access controls and data security measures tailored to the legal sector. • Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. • Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools. • Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support. • Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs).
- Expertise in implementing robust data models, automation strategies, and integration architectures.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience & Revenue Cloud.
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record in implementing large-scale solutions.
- Familiarity with legal industry workflows and tools (e.g., document automation, client intake processes) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with legal technology solutions and integrations is a strong advantage.
