Lead Salesforce Developer
Verndale
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. • Serve as a technical lead on projects, providing architectural guidance and ensuring alignment with overall business and technical goals. • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions following best practices and design patterns. • Utilize core Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities. • Lead technical design discussions and guide teams in leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other products such as CPQ, Commerce, or MuleSoft (preferred).
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and security model.
- Experience with CPQ, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional delivery teams.
