• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers. • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate account balances. • Process accounts payable and receivable and manage payroll when necessary. • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports and tax preparation. • Maintain financial records in Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online, or similar accounting software • Collaborate with the client on financial reviews and provide insights into cash flow and budgeting. • Ensure all financial data complies with local regulations and accounting standards.
Job Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.
- Proven experience with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze financial data, generate reports, and make informed recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
