• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Estimate costs, manage the budget, and track expenses to ensure the project remains financially viable. • Manage and provide guidance to sub-contractors and internal staff. • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates. • Negotiate contracts and manage the acquisition of materials and equipment. • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize delays.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. • Monitor client health and engagement to ensure high retention rates and prevent churn. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help clients achieve their business goals while increasing company revenue. • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and act as a liaison between the client and internal technical/product teams. • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, milestones, and ROI to both clients and internal leadership. • Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone calls, emails. • Handle client requests and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution. • Proactively resolve client complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. • Assist with client account management, including processing payments, sending out notifications, and answering questions about billing. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions. • Ensure all actions and communications are in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone and email. • Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with clients. • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls between clients and internal teams. • Manage and update client records, databases, and all relevant account information using CRM software. • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation for client review. • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and assist with contract renewals. • Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure client requests and service deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time. • Track service progress and provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their requests. • Resolve routine client issues efficiently; escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members or management when necessary. • Assist in implementing processes and procedures designed to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Plan and oversee the execution of repair projects, including masonry, painting, waterproofing, and structural upkeep of residential units. • Perform routine technical inspections to identify any defects and prioritize them in the maintenance schedule. • Select and manage specialized contractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project’s technical specifications and safety codes. • Organize the workflow for daily repair requests, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and within the established deadlines. • Estimate the quantity and quality of materials needed for repairs and manage the technical approval of suppliers. • Maintain accurate records of all structural interventions and warranties for civil works.
• Process transactions in QuickBooks and Wave • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial procedures • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Create, organize, and maintain a social media content • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
