• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP • Process and review accounts payable and receivable • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure financial integrity • Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes • Support tax preparation and compliance activities • Communicate regularly with clients to address any financial inquiries and discrepancies • Provide analytical insights regarding financial performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a US-based environment
  • Strong familiarity with US GAAP and tax regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online (certification is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively
  • Reliable internet connectivity to support remote work
  • Nice to Have
  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience with various accounting tools or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero)
  • Familiarity with managing financial records for multiple clients
