• Support internal & external users of construction accounting data by providing timely and accurate information and reports. • Assist corporate and installation teams with financial information as appropriate for decision making. • Maintain open lines of communication with the Installation Construction and Installation Directors, Managers, Operations Accounting staff and Corporate Accounting and develop two-way communication and the transfer of required information. • Actively foster and maintain communication between accounting and construction operations to achieve the desired result for the construction accounting function. • Ensure full comprehension of the accounting software packages to ensure that the company is operating as efficiently as possible. • Utilize accounting software packages and spreadsheets in the development and maintenance of various complex financial reports including the Monthly Construction Draw Report, Monthly and Quarterly Internal and External Financial reports as well as, Audit Work papers and various other 3rd party reporting (PAM/PEP/AF etc). • Participate and contribute to installation operations by working with the Program Leads and Construction Management as required. • Work with the Operations Accounting and Corporate Accounting teams to achieve all departmental objectives including the development and maintenance of departmental standard operating procedures and training documentation. • Foster a positive team environment with the Operations Accounting Staff to meet all department accounting goals. • Apply and utilize sound analytical skills to review and evaluate construction financial documentation such as loan draws, Timberline reporting, Internal Reporting and Financial Statements. • Execute construction draw process including lender relationship for draw accuracy and timeliness. • Execute construction related accounting transactions for the assigned installations. • Prepare assigned account reconciliations for construction related accounts. • Assist with the timely calculation and funding of construction and development fees for Corvias. • Assist with execution of related cash flow and corporate billing /reimbursement activities. • Ensure that all installation financial controls and procedures are being followed in accordance with company policies. • Other duties as assigned.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. • Manage weekly and monthly client communications. • Supervise 1–3 bookkeepers, reviewing their work for accuracy and timeliness. • Perform and review month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Reconcile tax returns to books and records. • Set up and manage cloud-based accounting systems and integrations. • Identify and recommend process or technology improvements. • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Execute balance sheet account reconciliations with supporting schedules, such as prepaids and fixed assets. • Maintain comprehensive supporting schedules for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and more. • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare sales tax returns and year-end 1099s when necessary. • Ensure the integrity of accounting information by diligently recording and verifying transactions. • Work in tandem with audit or tax teams, coordinating any necessary requirements for clients. • Foster the growth and development of Staff Accountants and junior team members through guidance and mentorship.

• Oversee and execute daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations for 20+ US and international bank accounts in multiple currencies. • Manage the company's daily cash position and populate cash forecast 3 months ahead. • Process all electronic funds transfers, wire payments, and ACH transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. • Maintain relationships and act as a primary point of contact with domestic and international banking partners. • Record all treasury-related transactions, including foreign exchange transactions, bank fees, and interest income/expense. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing detailed analysis of cash and treasury activities. • Implement and monitor strong internal controls over cash and banking processes to safeguard company assets. • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations for treasury-related accounts. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for the bank reconciliation and cash management functions.
