Job Description

Part-Time HR Administrator

STAFFVIRTUAL

• Provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities • Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations • Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system • Process recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, responses to candidates • Complete recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process • Prepare contract information and onboarding documentation • Manage Annual Leave and maintain the holiday booking system (Absentify) • Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date with changing legislation • Provide information about monthly payroll changes / actions to the payroll provider • Support offboarding and exit processes • Answer employee questions on policies and procedures • Provide HR support/advice to the Leadership Team • Keep organisation charts updated • Support other projects eg Quality standards accreditation • Assist with monthly newsletter and other communications

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
  • Ideally at least 3 years HR experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
