• Lead and evolve IronArch’s employee experience strategy across the full employee lifecycle. • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on culture, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. • Lead the Employee Experience & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions, setting strategic direction while supporting successful execution of key initiatives. • Develop and implement scalable people programs including career pathing, performance management, and leadership development. • Partner with leaders across the organization to support employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and talent development. • Strengthen and measure employee engagement and organizational culture across the company. • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts. • Develop and lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring scalable recruiting processes and strong candidate experiences. • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to support current and future hiring needs aligned with business growth. • Guide the use and optimization of HR systems and recruiting tools, including Paylocity. • Ensure HR operations, policies, and compliance practices support a growing services organization. • Define and track key people metrics such as engagement, retention, recruiting effectiveness, and leadership development.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, employee experience, talent acquisition, or related people leadership roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational initiatives.
- Experience supporting a growing services, consulting, or government contracting organization, preferably within a small or mid-sized business.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategy, employee engagement, and HR programs.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on builder mindset.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence business strategy through people initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Role Description The School of Professional Studies is seeking an adjunct instructor to develop and teach the new course Facilities & Equipment Management for the Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. The course will be offered in an online, synchronous, semester-based format geared toward part-time, adult undergraduate students. The course will introduce students to the foundational concepts and practical considerations of facilities and equipment management across the biopharmaceutical industry, distinguishing between the needs of research and development (R&D) laboratories and biomanufacturing operations, and focusing on the critical role these functions play in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and product quality. Through virtual case studies, interactive modules, and industry-focused examples, students will learn about the life cycle of facilities and equipment in both sectors. The course will cover topics such as: - Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) versus current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations - Equipment qualification and validation - Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Upon completion, students will have the foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills required to succeed in entry-level roles in the biopharmaceutical industry. The instructor will add their subject matter expertise and real-world examples, partnering with MCPHS leaders to ensure content is relevant to employers. As part of the course development process, the instructor will partner with a project manager and instructional design manager.
