Role Description We are seeking an Innovation and Business Process Optimization (BPO) Support Analyst to drive process improvement, innovation, and strategic alignment efforts in support of Air Force Civil Engineering initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing and optimizing key business processes, supporting innovation pipelines, and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business process reengineering (BPR), strategic planning, and innovation within complex government or defense environments.
