DLS Discovery, LLC
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Visualforce, Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, digital experience sites to extend Salesforce to support business requirements. • Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. • Working with integrated applications such HubSpot, Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle, DocuSign, Conga, and other custom applications. • Test, refine, and document programs including various types of testing - unit testing, integration testing, system and workflow testing, acceptance testing, regression, performance, exploratory testing, and automation testing in Selenium. • Striving towards coding best practices and data quality. • Perform peer code reviews. • Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production. • Create design and user documentation as needed. • Utilize, communicate and enforce coding standards. • Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs. • Provide Technical Support - bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production within defined SLA. • Adhere to development processes and workflows. • Work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. • Support the Salesforce Administrator on occasion. • Mentor junior level engineers. • Possess significant humility, hunger, and people smarts. • Take solutions proposed by others and expand on them to provide the desired outcome. Job Requirements
- Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience required.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred.
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, screen flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, and digital experience sites required.
- Experience architecting custom solutions in Salesforce.
- Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, SQL, C#, .NET, MVC, CSS, REST and SOAP-based web services preferred.
- Experience developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services preferred.
- Capable of problem identification and resolutions.
- Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards.
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.
- Ability to work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer.
