Role Description The Enterprise Data Strategy SME will lead the definition of data, software, and business architecture, working alongside development teams and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders to support digital modernization and AI adoption initiatives. The SME will: - Define business, software, and data architectures. - Establish best practices and document strategic implementations across enterprise applications. - Collaborate with developers to define, document, and build secure enterprise solutions based on mission needs. - Utilize robust testing and documentation within an agile environment. A deep understanding of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) mandates, Advancing Analytics (Advana) ecosystem, and federal security policies is required to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure, scalable, and resilient. Qualifications - Proven track record in architecting data marketplaces, governance, AI/ML solutions for large-scale enterprises. - 10+ years of experience with architecture, design, and development of enterprise solutions using modern technologies and COTS products. - Hands-on experience developing and maintaining compliant architecture and design documentation (including complex technical diagrams) based on MBSE and TOGAF frameworks per DoD or federal government policies. - Hands-on experience leveraging commercially available architecture and data modeling tools to store, structure, analyze, and present solution architecture information to senior military and civilian leadership. - Proven track record in building common data services, data meshes, and enterprise analytics platforms resulting in operational efficiencies and cost savings. - Familiarity with CDAO priorities, joint data integration strategies, or the DoD Data Strategy is highly preferred. Requirements - Lead the creation and maintenance of all architecture, data flows, and design documentation for enterprise systems. - Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to multiple agile development teams to deliver CDAO capabilities that improve readiness and reduce maintenance costs. - Facilitate technical discussions with development teams, support application modernization efforts, and present research-backed recommendations for infrastructure and system options. - Execute analysis of alternatives (AoA) by designing and evaluating multiple research-based data and AI pilots. - Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive users to address technical requests, compliance questions, and mission concerns. Role Description Successful candidates will require an ability to apply consulting experience and skills in analysis, design and early development of complex systems using the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform to provide our client oversight of modernization and sustainment of high availability enterprise applications. The candidate will leverage experience in architecting, configuring, building, deploying, and supporting the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform as a shared service across the enterprise. A deep understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available. The candidate will work directly with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to implement solution designs in a large complex worldwide enterprise. Qualifications - Three (3) or more years in administration and engineering of the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. - Seven (7) or more years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant engineering or administrative role. - Hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Private Cloud Edition (PCE) is highly preferred. - Strong experience in designing web services with optimal security and performance. - Experience with REST, SOAP web services, RAML, and OpenAPI in the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. - Experience working with MuleSoft Connectors (Standard/Custom). - Ability to troubleshoot the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform (debuggers/flow analyzers) with deployment and tuning experience. - Experience in ETL flows in MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. - Security+ Certification (Desired). Role Description The Salesforce Developer will be involved in the full development life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The role includes: - Hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementation. - Working with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to gather requirements. - Configuring and extending the Salesforce application based on business needs. - Delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into customized solutions. - Ensuring Salesforce solutions adhere to platform best practices. - Understanding DoD and government security standards and policies.
