• Work in tandem with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers to support the completion of active client projects • Support Project Management group with administrative tasks including billing, job tracking, scheduling, reporting and answers to client inquiries • Schedule and conduct project meetings to understand project goals, processes, timelines and expectations, documenting meeting minutes as required • Input requirements into work order tracking system including project revisions and updates throughout the project cycle • Assist in the development and maintenance of client and management reports • Act as liaison with Operations to understand, communicate and provide administrative support for appropriate solutions for active client projects • Directly manage small, transaction-based projects that only include receipt of media, simple processing and shipment of deliverables • Manage content and information on Project Management’s knowledge base, FAQ and SharePoint documentation repositories • Maintain a general understanding of our industry and trends and a thorough understanding of all company products and services and technologies

• you'll own three flagship products and the operational excellence discipline that ties them together • First is our client workflow orchestration and automation platform, the connective tissue across CS & OPS that eliminates manual hand-offs with API integrations and orchestrates end-to-end client workflows from intake through production • Second is AI-powered anomaly detection across the operational pipeline, partnering with the AI Architect on shared infrastructure to surface quality issues before clients ever see them and drive defect rates toward zero • Third is the client portal, the customer-facing surface of everything CS & OPS does, where clients see real-time SLA telemetry, matter status, data lineage, billing visibility, and self-service capabilities that make us the partner they trust with their most sensitive matters • Across all three, you'll define the operational excellence metrics that matter (cycle time, quality rate, on-time SLA, automation coverage, first-touch resolution), instrument the platform to measure them in real time, and use that data to prioritize work and validate impact

• The Client Services Manager will provide direct management of a project management team • Responsible for the oversight, leadership, and development and coaching of all members of their team • Build and maintain relationships with clients supported by their team • Partner with internal support and development organizations to ensure comprehensive and efficient service is delivered to KLDiscovery’s clients • Provide direct project level support including consultation, serving as an escalation point, and providing a load-balancing function during peak periods

• Define and own the architecture vision, standards, and roadmap for KLDiscovery's client-hosting platforms • Lead architecture for major client-platform programs, including Nebula and Relativity hosting modernization, client data migrations at scale, multi-region expansion, and storage architecture for client review and processing workloads • Own cloud and network architecture strategy for client-facing platforms • Provide architectural oversight and review gates for cross-functional programs • Partner with the security organization on tenant isolation, client data protection, audit and compliance posture • Lead, mentor, and develop team, setting technical direction and raising the bar on design quality • Advise senior IT, Product, Client Services, and Sales and Solutions Engineering leaders on technology investments, build-versus-buy decisions

• Own the AI-native architecture and build it. • Own AI/MLOps and AI telemetry end-to-end. • Lead the AI practice from the front.

• Own and lead annual merit, promotion, and incentive cycles across your assigned countries — budget recommendation, market positioning, governance, and execution. • Conduct market pricing using leading survey sources (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry); maintain a structured benchmarking calendar for each country. • Own and refine job architecture, leveling, and salary structure for your assigned countries. • Lead Short-Term Incentive (STI) design and modeling; support equity / Long-Term Incentive (LTI) administration where applicable. • Build offer recommendations for senior hires across your countries; provide TR input on internal moves, promotions, and retention scenarios. • Own the design, renewal cycle, and vendor governance for benefits programs across your assigned countries (group medical, life, accident, retirement, leave, wellness, and ancillary programs). • Manage broker and insurer relationships in each country; lead annual renewals and RFP activity in partnership with Global TR. • Oversee day-to-day benefits operations: enrollments, eligibility data, invoicing, and employee escalations. • Lead design and renewal decisions for each assigned market in collaboration with country HR partners and brokers. • Track statutory and regulatory developments across your covered countries and own the implications for plan design, budgets, and policy. • Partner with HR Operations on the migration to Oracle HCM Cloud — defining Total Rewards data, validating compensation and benefits configuration, and supporting integrations. • Build and maintain TR analytics: pay equity, range penetration, cost-of-program, and budget variance reporting. • Ensure compensation and benefits practices across your assigned countries align with statutory requirements and internal policy, working with local HR, legal, and external advisors. • Support M&A integration activities including Total Rewards due diligence, harmonization, and transition planning. • Contribute to governance materials and committee submissions for regional plan changes.

• Design and build Oracle → Pigment data pipelines that are clean, automated, and reconciled daily. • Own data integrity across Oracle, Pigment, and Salesforce; catch discrepancies before the US team's morning. • Automate manual report pulls (SSRS AR reports, collections reports, close checklists). • Co-build all six Claude agents: Close, Rolling Forecast, Variance+Commentary, Strategy+Scenario, Investor Reporting, Collections Intelligence. • Own the data feeds each agent reads; if the data is wrong, the agent is wrong. • Once agents are live: operate, monitor, validate outputs, and continuously improve prompt quality and accuracy. • End-to-end ownership of actuals ingest, model update, reforecast, sensitivity, and assumptions memo. • Monthly production of EBITDA Bridge with waterfall, variance commentary, and distribution to the CFO. • Monthly update of full-year forecast, refreshed assumptions, drift flagged, distributed to ELT. • Scenario modeling: acquisition, pricing change, headcount, DSO improvement; P&L impact plus sensitivity range. • ROI modeling for major decisions (India build, Pigment, BI tooling, and other infrastructure replacements). • Quarterly comparison of KLD vs. PE-backed peers at $300M+ on close cycle, DSO, EBITDA margin, and headcount ratio. • One-page financial impact write-ups for key decisions, written to go directly to the CFO and ELT as-is. • Define scorecards by group (Collections, Analysts, FP&A, Sales Ops) with baseline, target, and measurement. • Identify patterns in the data the US team hasn't seen, and surface them unprompted. • Financial analysis, scenario tables, and recommendation summaries for executive meetings.

• This is the core FP&A execution role. • Own the financial models, reporting packages, and close operations that the US Finance team currently builds manually. • Run them overnight, so the US team arrives to finished, reviewed deliverables every morning. • Three areas: financial modeling (rolling forecast, EBITDA Bridge, scenarios), BI and reporting (BL packages, dashboards, BvA templates, Investor Package), and close operations (checklist, accruals, accounting liaison). • Financial modeling quality, output precision, and formatting discipline are non-negotiable. • Rolling forecast: monthly actuals ingestion → model update in Pigment → reforecast remaining periods → ±5/10% sensitivity → assumptions memo for SVP review • EBITDA Bridge: monthly production from June 2026 — actual vs. budget, vs. prior year, waterfall format, variance commentary per KLD standards • Business line (BL) packages: monthly for all business lines — revenue, cost, headcount, variance vs. budget, formatted per KLD template • BvA templates: maintain in Pigment; ensure commentary standards are applied consistently across all lines • Investor Package: pull from Pigment, format per template, assemble first draft for FP&A Director review • KPI scorecard: monthly — revenue, EBITDA, DSO, cash, close cycle with traffic-light RAG indicators • BI dashboards: maintain Power BI dashboards for Collections, Analysts, FP&A — monthly refresh • Close operations: own the close checklist, monitor Accounting SLA (BD1/BD3/BD4), flag slippage to FP&A Manager • Accruals review: work with Accounting to review and validate monthly accruals before books close

• Oracle EPM → Pigment/Adaptive data pipeline: design, build, maintain, and monitor all data flows — reconciling daily • Data integrity: daily checks between Oracle, Pigment, and Salesforce — discrepancies resolved before the US team's morning • Claude AI agent co-development with US FP&A Team (US): • Close Acceleration Agent: auto-load FCCS actuals, assemble flash P&L, generate BvA commentary draft • Rolling Forecast Agent: actuals ingest, model update, reforecast, sensitivity scenarios — fully automated monthly • Variance + Commentary Agent: flag variances, pull context, route to named owners for review • Investor Reporting Agent: pull from Pigment, format Investor Package, generate KPI scorecard • Collections Intelligence Agent: rank AR accounts by priority, generate Monday roll for Molly's team • Pigment/Adaptive administration: user access, model versioning, data refresh scheduling, API connections • Chart of accounts standardization and maintenance across Oracle, Pigment, and SF • SSRS automation: auto-schedule the AR reports currently pulled by hand every Monday — eliminate 60-90 min of manual work • Agent monitoring: ensure all agents are running, data feeds are clean, and outputs are accurate

• Own operational execution of KLDiscovery's enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program. • Lead enterprise-wide BIAs: identify critical operations, map dependencies, and document RTOs and RPOs across all in-scope business units. • Engage business unit owners and IT/Engineering stakeholders to gather and validate BIA inputs. • Design and coordinate BCP testing scenarios, tabletop exercises, and DR failover tests minimum once annually per type. • Develop and deliver an enterprise-wide BC/DR training program. • Monitor and document compliance with ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600.
