Account Manager

Spectrum Quartz

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers • Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends • Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners • Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas • Use Salesforce daily to log customer visits, forecast, and track customer metrics using Salesforce • Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance and report on initiatives • Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in sales as an Account Manager or similar role in the quartz/natural stone industry
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or the design industry
