• Administer and monitor MetaTrader 4/5 servers and backup systems • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks • Ensure platform uptime, stability, and performance • Set up and manage client and manager accounts (groups, leverage, spreads, symbols) • Manage and configure trading instruments, sessions, and symbol settings • Investigate and resolve platform-related issues reported by internal departments and clients • Liaise with MetaQuotes and liquidity providers to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary • Configure and maintain MT4/MT5 bridge connections to liquidity providers • Monitor execution quality, slippage, and latency • Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports (trading volumes, P&L, exposure) • Support regulatory and internal audits with platform related data • Implement and maintain plugin management, including installation, configuration, and updates for swap, commission, reporting, and risk modules • Identify and suggest improvements to system efficiency and security • Ensure data backups are regularly completed and test recovery procedures • Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure adherence to security protocols • Manage and maintain aggregation engines (XCore / FXCubic / Centroid / OneZero) • Manage and execute technical onboarding of clients (Professional and API) • Work closely with the IT department on all technical related issues • Work closely with the Dealing department to deliver trading solutions based on business requirements • Document internal facing digital content on trading ecosystem supporting the company’s products and offerings as well as internal training material where necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent field.
  • 3+ years’ experience working as an MT4/MT5 Platform Administrator
  • 3+ years’ experience working with bridges such as XCore, FXCubic, Centroid
  • Proven working knowledge of at least one of the following aggregation engines: PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid, OneZero
  • Proven working knowledge of FIX API and FIX protocol
  • Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL, basic scripting (Python/Bash) and use of APIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and strong attention to details
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
