• Design, develop, and maintain Windows/Azure platform solutions that support application development and deployment • Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure platforms including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources. • Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and Azure Active Directory environments including Manage Group Policies, AD schema modifications, and organizational units. • Partner with architects to Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. • Implement and manage identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance. • Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance while ensuring proper role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles are enforced. • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and cloud templates to streamline platform operations and reduce manual intervention as well as provide self-service capabilities to the end-users. • Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide platform solutions that enhance productivity. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior platform engineers.

• Proactively provide personalized administrative support for multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team (‘ELT’) and/or Senior Leadership Team (‘SLT’) ensuring routine and complex matters are handled in a timely and professional manner. • Calendaring – manage all calendar items, ensure invitations are sent to appropriate audiences, resolve conflicts, anticipate future items and potential conflicts, manage deadlines, ensure sufficient working time. • Meeting Management – schedule with appropriate audiences, manage responses, resolve conflicts as needed, coordinate tasks such as contacting participants, preparing agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes. • Event Management – ensure that all arrangements for any corporate sponsored events, industry events, and internal events are completed including travel, room reservations, registration, speaking engagements, etc. through collaboration with internal and/or external teams. • Expense Report Management – ensure that expenses are filed in a timely manner and in accordance with Accounting and Billing policies and deadlines. • Invoice processing – ensure that invoices are approved in a timely manner – gather any needed information for an informed decision. • Travel – book and manage all travel requests including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, dining reservations. Ensure information is readily available per the leader’s preference. • Presentation and Reports – develop reports and presentations using the appropriate templates as needed. Proofread for acceptability prior to providing to the requestor. Distribute as directed. • Manage Correspondence – process email, US Mail, packages, etc. based on agreed upon access with the leader. Route correspondence or action items to appropriate staff and request action/information as needed. • Committee Support – where applicable, attend meetings, take minutes, and report on action items as needed. Prepare and maintain correspondence and documents. Act as custodian of corporate documents and records. • Onboarding – working with HR to onboard assigned new leader.
• The GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to applicable cyber laws, regulations and information security policies and standards. • Design, implement, and govern cyber risk management and technology compliance activities, collectively as a program. • Responsible for the implementation and optimization of a governance, risk and compliance tool with execution of one or more cyber risk management programs. • Perform program functions and duties that may include: planning, scheduling, and oversight of internal/external system user attestations across the enterprise; assessing and consulting on third-party cyber risks; review and negotiation of cyber contracts; coordination of IT components of onsite and virtual audits/assessments (e.g., SOC1/2, PCI DSS/NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF). • Monitor and assess program governance and effectiveness (e.g., QA reviews, control testing).

Role Description The Change Management Analyst supports the integrity of all systems by creating and maintaining change management policies and procedures. This involves: - Creating and enforcing policies and standards that ensure configuration items (code, images, database elements, etc.) are versioned and implemented successfully. - Daily coordination with teams to support releases. - Auditing baselines and tracking all versions of change. - Implementing standard naming styles and conventions. - Preparing a report of requests for change and coordinating change control and change advisory board meetings. - Approval and communication of changes. - Maintaining the customization of the change management system and providing metrics derived from this system. Day in the Life: - Analyzes proposed changes to determine effect on overall systems. - Coordinates recording of modifications for management control. - Establishes a change-reporting procedure and prepares directives for change authorization and documentation by appropriate personnel. - Daily coordination with development and infrastructure teams; supporting installation and post installation activities. - Creates, sustains and maintains relationships across the organization and with cross functional teams. - Creates and maintains reports for senior leadership related to Change Management. - Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. - Adheres to Agile principles and philosophies (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable). - Collaborates within the direct team in accordance with Team Agreement, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done. - Works as a cross-functional team member in an Agile setting to help complete and deliver the team commitments. - Collaborates across teams and across business areas in the spirit of an Agile mindset. - Fulfills the role in the spirit of the Agile Manifesto, with emphasis on delivery of incremental value with frequent iterations and feedback loops. - Organizes bi-weekly operational governance meetings with technology stakeholders. - Consults with change requestors and change authority, reviews change management plans and provides coaching. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, change management and/or software configuration management preferred. - Three (3) years of experience in financial services strongly preferred. - Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements and budget constraints preferred. - Experience working with regulatory, privacy, security, and associated laws, rules, and regulations, including all applicable standards preferred.
