• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand the company’s market share in Kazakhstan. • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team, including business development, sales, and marketing professionals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Institutional clients. • Manage the country’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner/client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. • Act as the company’s official representative in Kazakhstan, enhancing brand visibility through networking, industry events, and media engagements.

• Oversee and coordinate compliance, regulatory reporting, governance, and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions • Manage regulatory submissions, notifications, and ongoing reporting obligations • Support Board and group governance matters, including resolutions, approvals, and regulatory documentation • Manage and coordinate ongoing legal cases with external counsel • Maintain and enhance the AML framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments

• Administer and monitor MetaTrader 4/5 servers and backup systems • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks • Ensure platform uptime, stability, and performance • Set up and manage client and manager accounts (groups, leverage, spreads, symbols) • Manage and configure trading instruments, sessions, and symbol settings • Investigate and resolve platform-related issues reported by internal departments and clients • Liaise with MetaQuotes and liquidity providers to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary • Configure and maintain MT4/MT5 bridge connections to liquidity providers • Monitor execution quality, slippage, and latency • Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports (trading volumes, P&L, exposure) • Support regulatory and internal audits with platform related data • Implement and maintain plugin management, including installation, configuration, and updates for swap, commission, reporting, and risk modules • Identify and suggest improvements to system efficiency and security • Ensure data backups are regularly completed and test recovery procedures • Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure adherence to security protocols • Manage and maintain aggregation engines (XCore / FXCubic / Centroid / OneZero) • Manage and execute technical onboarding of clients (Professional and API) • Work closely with the IT department on all technical related issues • Work closely with the Dealing department to deliver trading solutions based on business requirements • Document internal facing digital content on trading ecosystem supporting the company’s products and offerings as well as internal training material where necessary

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing data from multiple sources into centralized repositories. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Ensure consistency, usability, and performance of BI solutions across the organization. • Create and optimize data models to support self-service analytics and enterprise reporting. • Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions. • Optimize database queries, DAX calculations, Power BI datasets, and storage models for efficiency and scalability. • Implement data governance practices, establish validation rules, and maintain high standards for data integrity and accuracy. • Maintain thorough documentation of data architecture, data flows, and reporting standards. • Promote best practices in BI development and data engineering

• Support the daily operations of our Partnership Program. • Focus on performance monitoring, reporting, CPA reconciliation, partner support, and operational coordination. • Run and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for IBs and Affiliates. • Prepare detailed reports on: Trading volume, Deposits, Active clients, CPA performance. • Identify areas to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. • Assist in developing internal reporting templates and automation.
