We are looking for a Localization Program Manager to join our global team. This role is focused on managing the end-to-end localization of marketing materials, video assets, and various other corporate assets from across the company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand voice and content are effectively adapted for our global audiences. You will - End-to-End Localization Ownership: Own the localization workflow for all customer-facing assets, including marketing campaigns, video content, and diverse corporate materials. - Asset Management: Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and Video production teams to define localization scope, prioritization, and quality metrics. - Multimedia Asset Optimization: Oversee the localization of video assets (subtitling, dubbing, and visual edits) utilizing AI-assisted processing. - Workflow Optimization: Design and implement AI-powered localization workflows, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). - System Integration: Manage and optimize the integration between our Content Management System (Drupal) and the Translation Management System (TMS) for efficient world-ready content delivery. - KPI Tracking: Track and report on localization-related operational KPIs and business priority metrics specifically for marketing and corporate assets. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management: - Establish strong, collaborative relationships with Marketing Managers, Creative Directors, Video Producers, and leadership. - Manage relationships with external Language Service Providers (LSPs), defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and overseeing performance reviews to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services. You have - Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field with a dedicated focus on Localization. - Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing the localization pipeline for marketing materials, multimedia, and video assets. - SEO Localization: Strong knowledge of global SEO best practices and experience adapting keyword strategies for different languages and regions. - Localization Tech Stack: Expert-level understanding of localization technology, including various Translation Management Systems (TMS) and how they integrate with Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal). - Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; able to drive consensus among disparate teams and influence without authority. - Cultural Intelligence: Deep understanding of cultural nuances, regional preferences, and market differences in content delivery. - Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in measuring the impact of localized content on brand engagement and market reach Get to Know Us: At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact. About the job We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position is needed to own the end-to-end design, build, launch, and evolution of enablement programs that drive global transformation across Twilio’s Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Relations (ER) functions. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: - Drive Strategic Direction: Lead the multi-year roadmap for TA and ER enablement. You don’t just execute programs; you define how enablement serves as a lever to achieve organizational goals. - Orchestrate Complex Programs: Manage an agile portfolio of high-impact initiatives and projects (e.g., advanced interviewer training, ER investigation frameworks, Recruiter upskilling), where you design, scale, and execute in alignment with multiple leadership levels and stakeholder functions. - Lead Our Content Architecture: Oversee the creation of "best-in-class" enablement resources. You are responsible for the overall standards and strategy across all People Partnerships knowledge management materials, setting the foundation for continued AI innovation and operational excellence. - Deliver Training: Coordinate and facilitate high-impact training sessions to support new tool roll outs, process changes, and upskilling initiatives. - Lead Change: Incorporate impactful change management strategies to support new ways of working.
